Memphis Minnie’s very special Pastrami Wednesday is still our most popular sandwich special after all of these years!
Founder Bob Kantor grew up in Brooklyn with a long heritage of deli appreciation. Pastrami was one of his favourites, and this is his ode to that venerable tradition.
Our Brisket is cured for 10 days using our own house-created recipe, slow smoked for 16 hours, and trimmed for several more until it’s like butta.
• Pastrami is available in its purest form on a house roll, topped with our mustard sauce.
• Reuben served on toasted rye bread with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.

Chicken Breast is pounded, marinated, battered in a seasoned flour mixture, and fried until golden brown and delicious.
